This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
An explanation of what is going on with my "Favorites" don't believe what you read in the gossip rags. Here is the straight poop......
In an act of total mindless stupidity I hit the "delete" button while grooming my favorites thinking I was deleting a single piece of art and BOOM it wiped out everything within my "Art Done by Friends that I really Like"was launched into the big black hole of cyberspace. Needless to say with no "undo" option available, I was not a happy camper.
Here is the Good News......In order to rebuild what I had lost, I was prompted to go back and review ALL the works of those who were in my original menu. Turned out to be a pretty good journey. Knowing more of the workings of the minds of those that I have become close too gave me a clearer vision and understanding of that person's work. Made a huge difference as I took the time to really look and actually see what I was looking at. Gave me insight that those who are just gleaning through a pile of art and are either impressed, or unimpressed, in a matter of mere seconds, sans any real deep look to really discover what is there.
Also, I felt it was a gesture of both respect and admiration to honor those who have supported me through thick and thin by spotlighting those that are extra special to me as a friend and as a fellow artist.
I did not Fave everything that anyone did, just for the sake of friendship, although in some cases it may seem like I did. This would not have shown the respect that is deserved here. We all produce "clunkers" from time-to-time, or for whatever the reason, a piece is or isn't your "my brand of Vodka", it's simply a matter of personal tastes and never personal. I still mat appreciate the work even though I may not "love" it. I'm pretty sure you agree with this.

See enough horror and experience enough pain and you become separated from your self.

An artist must create as often as possible. To cease this task is, to the soul of an artist, as ceasing to breathe.
